Terms & Conditions for The Sinfonietta

Last updated: December 11th 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of tickets, add-ons, merchandise, and event participation with The Sinfonietta (“Presenter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing a purchase or attending an event, you agree to these Terms.

1. Artist Appearance

I understand and agree that Taylor Swift will not appear at any performance. This event is a symphonic tribute experience only. The event is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Taylor Swift, TAS Rights Management, or any associated entity.

2. All Sales Final

All ticket and add-on purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the case of full event cancellation by the Presenter.
Postponements, venue changes, cast or program updates, or other non-material modifications do not qualify for refunds.

3. Alcohol Purchases

If you purchase alcoholic beverages or alcohol-related add-ons, you certify that:

  • You are 21 years of age or older, and

  • You will present a valid government-issued ID upon collection.

Failure to provide valid ID forfeits the alcoholic portion of your order, with no refund owed for those items.

4. Beverage & Merchandise Packaging

Brands, flavors, packaging (bottle/can), or presentation of alcoholic or non-alcoholic items may vary depending on availability.
Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made at the Presenter’s discretion.

5. Add-On Item Availability

Some add-on items have limited inventory.
If an item you purchased becomes unavailable or sells out, you will receive a refund for that item only.
No additional compensation, credit, or damages will be provided.

6. Photography, Filming & Recording Consent

Audience areas may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded.
By entering the venue, you grant the Presenter, its partners, and the venue the irrevocable right to:

  • Capture your image, likeness, and/or voice, and

  • Use such recordings in promotional, archival, editorial, or commercial materials, in any media now known or later developed,
    without compensation or further approval.

If you prefer not to be recorded, please inform venue staff prior to the start of the performance; accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

7. Event Modifications & Artistic Changes

The Presenter reserves the right to modify event elements at any time, including:

  • Programming, musical selections, or arrangements

  • Guest artists, conductors, narrators, or featured performers

  • Run time, staging, or production elements

Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds or exchange.

8. Behavior, Safety & Venue Policies

By attending, you agree to comply with:

  • All venue rules and policies

  • Security screenings and bag checks

  • Staff instructions and safety protocols

The Presenter and venue reserve the right to remove any individual whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or violates venue policies.
Removal does not entitle the attendee to a refund.

9. Essential Event Communications

By completing your purchase, you consent to receive operational communications related to your order, including but not limited to:

  • Ticket delivery

  • Order confirmations and receipts

  • “Know Before You Go” event guidance

  • Customer service responses and follow-ups

These communications are required to fulfill your purchase.

10. Ticket Delivery & Validity

Tickets must be presented in digital or printed form for entry.
Tickets obtained from unauthorized sellers or secondary markets may be invalid.
The Presenter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets.

11. Liability Disclaimer

Attending a live event involves inherent risks. By participating, you agree that:

  • You voluntarily assume all risks related to attendance and participation.

  • The Presenter, venue, and their staff are not liable for injury, illness, property damage, or lost items, except where prohibited by law.

12. Intellectual Property

All event materials—including artwork, video projections, orchestrations, recordings, and branding—are the property of The Sinfonietta or its licensors.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or recording of the event or its materials is prohibited.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the state in which the event is held, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the box during checkout or attending the event, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • These Terms apply to all members of your party.
